1.Try and add a fruit or vegetable to every meal. If half a plate of fruits and vegetables seems like too much for you right now, start by simply adding one fruit or veggie to each meal. You can prepare meals that have fruits or veggies as an ingredient to make it easier, or you can eat it on the side. Add fruit to your morning bowl of oatmeal. Double up on veggies when eating a sandwich. It won’t be long before you notice that you have made healthy eating a regular part of your diet.

2. Drink Smoothies if you find that you struggle fitting fruits and vegetables into your overly busy life, work them into a drink that you can have on the go. If you’re looking for a shake that has fiber, protein, and can be used in multiple ways as a healthful “on-the-go” breakfast, pre-exercise energy drink, post-workout recovery drink, or a late night snack give Complete by Juice Plus+ a try. 3.Wash, Chop, and bag them up beforehand: I dont know about you, but I love munching on fruits or veggies that have been prepared ahead of time (it’s even better if you can get someone else to do it for you, and I’m not talking about buying those precut packages at your local grocery store either) It helps remove the excuse of not having the time or energy to prepare them when you do it in your spare time.
