This topical smoothie is a great mix of fruits that’ll strengthen your immune system, and keep you going. Ingredients:
1/2 CUPS Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Mango (fresh or frozen)
1/2 large orange, or whole small orange (fresh)
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup water ( you can use coconut water, or orange juice for added boost of flavor)
4 ice cubes
Directions:
ADD all fruits, your choice of liquid, and ice in blender. Blend for about 30-50 seconds.
