This green smoothie provides natural energy, promotes Detox, helps alkalize, aids in digestion, supports the immune system, and need I say more! It’s super-fast and easy to stir up, and will keep you feeling satisfied, and your blood sugar stabilized all morning.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana chunked
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon Spirulina powder <<grab yours HERE>>
- 1 scoop Organic Wheat Grass (8 grams) <<grab yours HERE>>
- 1 Scoop plant based complete powder <grab yours HERE>>
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend for 2-3 minutes. Add ice, and blend for another 30 seconds. Pour into a cup, and enjoy!
